We were here for 4 nights with a group of all ages and everyone agreed we would come back. All of the facilities are brand new and very clean. The staff was very nice. The shuttle to the boardwalk was great with many trips throughout the day. Did not stay in VIP section and don't see a reason to spend an extra $10/night when none of them are truly "oceanfront" and no more than a handful of people can fit in their "private" pool. The only negatives are that there are almost no trees and the sun was unbearable by the end of the day and also that there are no speed limits set throughout the entire campground and a public road runs right through the middle of the pool and playground making any parent nervous.

We just returned from our second week-long stay at this campground and will definitely be back. The camper sites are nice sized, grass and mostly shaded. There is a large pool with clean bathhouses and a spray pool for kids. There are nonstop organized activities for kids everyday of the week in the summer which I find to be rare. My kids loved the daily hay ride or fire truck ride with the characters. This place is very clean and their countless staff members are always very friendly. The only negative is the pool and fishing pond are on a public road and although it is posted at 25 mph there were people driving much faster than that which makes anyone with kids nervous.

I booked this campground based on many reviews and was a little disappointed. Our back in site was large and shaded but many of the pull-through sites seemed quite small. There are a lot of seasonal sites that were a complete eyesore and looked abandoned. My husband is a tall guy that used our shower for the first time in 3 years because one use of their pull-chain showers was enough for him. He said the bathroom floors were constantly covered in water and the men's room by the store and pool did not even have a sink. This is the first place I have ever been to that did not have laundry facilities. Small but clean pool. Great fishing at the lake. Owners seemed very nice and dedicated but unfortunately I think we will try somewhere else next time.
